With this many good options, it’d be tough to pick just one. Start with the Mother’s Day edition of Lavo’s Sunday Champagne Brunch, which features Italian-American fare, from braised veal shanks to risotto Milanese, accompanied by free-flow Veuve Clicquot. While away the afternoon with Black Tap’s limited-time cocktail, the Raspberry Vodka Macchiato. Then, head to Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay for a three-course dinner, headlined by the restaurant’s signature beef fillet Wellington.

For mothers who prefer homestyle Chinese food, one can’t go wrong with the Taiwan porridge à la carte buffet at Coffee Lounge. The recently refreshed menu features eight new additions, including braised Mapo tofu with minced pork, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, and stir-fried diced chicken with cereal. Existing menu items are nothing to sniff at, though. Wok-fried sambal prawns, fried omelette with minced pork, and stir-fried sweet and sour sliced fish are all execellent picks.
