Who doesn’t love a feel-good Christmas film backed by a pop-infused soundtrack (see: Love Actually)? Ushering in the festive season is Cartier’s jaunty choral film Love Is All, featuring a star-studded cast of 12 personalities including Ella Balinska, Mariacarla Boscono, Monica Bellucci, Khatia Buniatishvili, Lily Collins, Golshifteh Farahani, Mélanie Laurent, Troye Sivan, Willow Smith, Annabelle Wallis, Jackson Wang and Maisie Williams.
An ode to all-embracing love, the film, directed by young British director and fashion photographer Charlotte Wales, was shot between Paris, Los Angeles and Shanghai.
It unfolds to its namesake song, a pop melody composed in the 70s by Roger Glover and Ronnie James Dio. If anything, it’s a celebration of bonds that transcend identifiers including age, gender and race – a heartening note to end the year on.
