“La Prairie’s white caviar collection is the result of long research into the science of light,” Greg Prodromides shared during the virtual launch of the brand’s latest White Caviar Essence Extraordinaire. The chief marketing officer highlighted the collection’s aim: to deliver skin luminosity with unparalleled results using The Equation of Light – a scientific concept that addresses light and colour.
On a more poetic note, Prodromides also explained that the White Caviar Essence Extraordinaire was inspired by the stillness and majesty of Lake Leman in Montreux, Switzerland, where the brand was founded. He shared that the scientists hoped to replicate the illuminating effect of light glimmering on the surface of the lake onto the skin through this latest innovation.
A luxurious formula wrought by science
The luxurious gel-to-water formula is contained in a bottle-within-bottle pump vessel that protects the formula from degradation. It is infused with the brand’s Exclusive Cellular Complex, a special cell energising compound that promotes cell renewal.
Like all products in the premium White Caviar collection, the White Caviar Essence Extraordinaire is formulated with Swiss Gold Caviar extract, a sought-after moisture-locking ingredient that preserves the skin’s structure with its collagen-boosting properties.
