01 | W Hotel
In times like this when travel bans are still largely in place, we are grateful to at least be able to go island-hopping … to Sentosa. Stay the night with W Hotel’s Wellness Escape package, which gets you a complimentary breakfast for two. Once you have fueled up, consider a yoga session on the W Lawn (available on selected days and at selected times) or a Gogreen Segway Eco Adventure for something more adrenaline pumping. Then comes the icing on the cake: a 45-minute spa treatment per adult (up to two adults) at the hotel’s rainforest-styled Away Spa, which has seven treatment rooms and separate lounges for men and women.

02 | Capella Singapore
What does a “Sentosa Staycation” really mean? If you go with Capella Singapore’s definition, it means that you will be in for the ultimate relaxing treat. After all, the hotel resort — pet-friendly, by the way — is known to be one of the most luxurious on Sentosa (and even on the mainland), sitting on 30 acres of lush greenery that you never imagined could exist in Singapore.
With the Sentosa Staycation package, you can enjoy 20 percent off the hotel’s best available rates and indulge in breakfast for two at The Knolls, which overlooks the scenic South China Sea. And to entice you to explore the hotel’s other culinary offerings, guests can enjoy $100 dining credits if they book and check in by a certain date (refer to the hotel’s website for updates).
Unless you plan on holing up in your posh and plush villa the entire time, Capella Singapore has a curated itinerary of complimentary guest activities from early 2021, including Chinese opera mask painting, HIIT workouts and scented candle making. Otherwise, take selfies with the resident peacocks wandering about on the premises.
But don’t feel judged if you prefer to take the easy way out by popping into the hotel’s famous Auriga Spa. There’s good reason to — it is launching new treatments and upgrading its existing best-selling ones. To cater to staycationers, locally inspired treatments now include the Senja Sunyi Massage (cue warm moonstones and an argan oil shea butter balm) and Nusantara Treatment (ginger oil and heated herbal poultices release tension from tense muscles).

03 | Shangri-La Hotel Singapore
Even at the already-exclusive Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, the Valley Wing is considered the more private enclave as guests staying there use a special entrance for a very VIP-worthy check-in and checkout experience. Now, this gets further elevated with the Valley Wing Indulgence package. Its name is no misnomer: you are truly spoilt — from day to night literally — as this staycation includes daily breakfast and afternoon tea at The Valley Wing Lobby Lounge, and evening canapes and cocktails at the Champagne Bar. Still thirsty? There’s also all-day champagne at the bar.
After pampering your tummy, give the rest of you some TLC with a 90-minute massage at Chi, The Spa. Oh, did we also mention that back in your room, you will be getting a butler-drawn bubble and rose petals bath?

04 | Four Seasons Hotel Singapore
Spa-cations, safecations, staycations, workcations…. Now add daycation to your list. For those of us who can’t stay out for the night, thank the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore for its ingenious daycation package. How it works: you check in at 7am and check out at 7pm, and enjoy complimentary parking for one vehicle. You decide how you want to spend your 12 hours at the hotel, which is conveniently located along Orchard Road yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. You could book a spa treatment like the exclusive Néroli & Orchidée treatment by L’Occitane. The best thing? No luggage is required.

Then, while enjoying a bird’s eye view of the city skyline, you can take a dip in a butler-drawn rose petal bath for 60 minutes — with a complimentary bottle of champagne at that.
